  9. Infinito.Nexus 12.0: From a Single Server to a Scalable Sovereign Cloud

Infinito.Nexus 12.0 is one of the most significant releases in the project’s history. Until now, Infinito.Nexus focused primarily on automating complete open-source environments on a single Docker Compose host. Version 12.0 introduces Docker Swarm as a second deployment mode, enabling applications to run across multiple servers, scale horizontally and recover from node failures. This release combines capabilities that are rarely delivered by one automation platform: More than 75 automatically deployable open-source applications One Single Sign-On experience backed by a unified user database Horizontal scaling across multiple cloud servers Automated backup and continuously tested disaster recovery Support across Debian, Arch Linux and RHEL-family distributions Filesystem-independent operation across ext4, btrfs and ZFS Together, these changes transform Infinito.Nexus from an application installer into a comprehensive foundation for scalable, sovereign cloud infrastructure. 11. Fortinet reports on a recent phishing campaign containing Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) files. The malicious attachment downloads a ZIP file and begins the infection chain. ScrubCrypt, described as an "antivirus evasion tool", is used to load the final payload VenomRAT while maintaining a connection with the C2 server to install plugins like XWorm, NanoCore, RemcosRAT and a crypto wallet stealer. They provides detailed insights into how the threat actor distributes VenomRAT and other plugins. IOC listed. 🔗 fortinet.com/blog/threat-resea

  12. 🦀 and or 🧪 for scalable and performant side project? Experiences with either? I've done way too much so I want to try to be able to approach problems differently.

Axum would (I'm guessing) provide maximum performance but require a front-end with some JS to be dynamic but could be serverless. And elixir would allow for skipping a "frontend" due to the nature of the websocket approach but would run better scaled always running infra like k8s or fly.io

After many years of building an “Enterprise Wiki” we think it's time for something new: a (wiki) software that intuitively structures knowledge, allows you to run highly scalable, interconnected knowledge spaces, as well as very small and simple knowledge bases, with #AI support that truly helps.

In this webinar series, you’ll get a sneak peek at the new BlueSpice Galaxy. We’re really looking forward to it.
