PC Gaming isn’t viable either. Just look at the price of graphics cards. One component is now 30-50% the price of the Studio I’m planning on (after trade in of my m4 pro). Add in the other components and we are now living in the weirdest time that Apple is very competitive pricing wise! Why Mac? I simply hate Windows 11. My M4 Pro Mac mini is great but I’ll trade in for M5 Max Studio. It’s a better thermal management design than new Mac mini introduced with M4 and the Pro is too powerful for that smaller heatsink. Will keep a Golden Gate Partition on Studio as last version to support Rosetta 2 which underpins #Crossover until CodeWeavers figure next steps post Mac OS 27. #XBOX #Cyberpunk2077 #BaldursGate3 #GoG #Microslop #PlayStation #Mac

So my retreat from #XBOX begins. #Cyberpunk2077 and #BaldursGate3 were on offer at #GoG so yeah let’s go. Tried out #Crossover for some Windows only titles and they worked well enough. But no more #Microslop. I was thinking #PlayStation but they made some god awful choices so #Mac gaming it is. Older titles mostly from what was golden age of gaming before everything became pay to play. Fuck needing to buy diamonds gem gold buckets boxes every day to just play a game.
