    I'm reading "Gadamer's Hermeneutics: Between Phenomenology and Dialectic", a book on the of Hans-Georg . Gadamer once said "my whole philosophy is nothing but *phronesis*". In this book, a phronetic person is someone who "knows the right thing to do in the right way at the right time in regard to the right person(s)". To me this sounds nice in principle, but who gets to decide these "rights"? How are disagreements handled on what the right thing is, right time, etc?
