Have you met our first #keynote speaker for #PyOhio 2026? Now you have!
We're thrilled to welcome Carol Willing to join us in July. On top of being a PSF Fellow, a Python Core Developer, a Jupyter contributor, and serving 3 times on the Python Steering Council, Carol has a long list of achievements, and is just an overall lovely person. We can't wait to hear her speak!

We're in our 4th week of our #PyOhiothon #fundraiser, and we'd like to take a few moments to talk about the price of #conference tickets. 🎟️
You can donate to #PyOhio here: https://pyohio.org/donateMost annual conferences get a large portion of their revenue through ticket sales - this helps pay for the venue, catering, swag, etc. Costs can vary *significantly* based on size and location, and thus, conferences charge for tickets based on what the intended _audience_ is.
