Things that are missing from #propertySearch websites in the UK:
1. Is there room for me to have a #workshop?
2. Does it have a basement/cellar I can turn into a workshop?
3. Does it come with whole-house networking back to a central comms cabinet?
4. Is it already wired for one of the smart-home standards such as #KNX or #loxone?
5. Does it have #broadband speeds in excess of 100Mbps?Looking at houses as a #geek is way harder than it needs to be... 🤣

Here's my first attempt at composing music in about 20 years - all done with free software from #SpitfireAudio, #CakewalkByBandlab, and #ProjectSam

About 20 years ago I was sat on the floor of #pittville campus students Union listening to Silverman. Every time I play this album I'm transported back there, and find myself instantly relaxing!
