    Data sovereignty is more than compliance—it’s about control. U.S. laws (CLOUD Act, FISA 702) can still access EU-stored data.

    True sovereignty requires EU-based, open-source solutions, some alternatives EU based I found so far Cloudfleet, CloudFerro, and Scalingo.

    All kernels before May 13, 2026 are affected.
