#RTX5080 #PCGaming #PCBuild Living-with-it notes from my ROG Astral RTX 5080 OC. Stock gaming draw was 266 to 340 W in HWiNFO64. Across a week of August captures it sat at 52 to 71 W at the Windows desktop, with multi-monitor output holding it in P0. Coil whine is mild, only in uncapped game menus and gone with any frame cap. If noise matters, use the BIOS switch. TechPowerUp measured 25.8 dBA on the quiet BIOS against 36.3 on the performance BIOS. https://techfuelhq.com/gpu-reviews/rog-astral-rtx-5080-oc-review-2026/?utm_source=mastodon&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=distribution-2026-10&utm_content=rog-astral-rtx-5080-oc-review-2026

RTX 5070 Ti vs RX 9070 XT, the memory difference. Both cards carry 16GB on a 256-bit bus, but the Ti's GDDR7 moves 896 GB/s against 640 GB/s on the 9070 XT's GDDR6. TechSpot saw the Ti pull ahead more often at 4K and names that 40% bandwidth gap as the likely reason. For frame generation without per-game support, AMD's driver-level AFMF 2.1 runs on RX 6000 cards and newer in DirectX 11, DirectX 12, Vulkan and OpenGL games. #PCGaming #RTX5070Ti #RX9070XT https://techfuelhq.com/gpu-reviews/rtx-5070-ti-vs-rx-9070-xt-2026/?utm_source=mastodon&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=distribution-2026-10&utm_content=rtx-5070-ti-vs-rx-9070-xt-2026
