Disclosure: I built this. Help Me Binge is a free TV/movie/sports tracker with no account and no login, made for people stranded by TV Time's shutdown.
No export or backup means I can't bring your old history back. But you can rebuild what you're watching now in a few minutes and keep it all in one place.

Lost your TV Time history and never exported it? Don't try to remember everything at once.
Start with what you're watching right now. Then open "continue watching" and watch history in each streaming app you use. Those two lists cover most of what matters in about ten minutes. Older stuff trickles back as you remember it.
Rebuilding beats mourning.
