Visiting my dad for a few days in the Tampa/St. Pete Fl area (from home in the PNW), and two things really stand out: almost no solar to be seen, and EVs seem pretty uncommon. Such a glaring missed opportunity. I know FPL is strongly resisting solar, but geez.
