I have very mixed feelings about this. He is not an NDPer and he will be no friend to labour or the working class but he is the best chance to shore up the vote in Calgary and defeat the gawd awful UCP.
He will also hasten the end of the AB wing of the NDP and that is a good thing for both. The sooner they are out the sooner the NDP can consider going back to it's leftist roots. -
