@[email protected] Thanks. I'll add this info to the my private issue tracker. Not hugely important but I suspect the #LittleFedi team might be curious about the versions deployed out there.

#LittleFedi doesn't appear to always correctly report the version number for connected LitttleFedi instances. For example, this instance was successfully updated to 26.10.13 on 13 October.

...but the LF Admin interface still reports 26.10.01 despite a successful connection on 14 October.

Tusky on my Samsung S21 toy phone and Galaxy A11 tablet seems to be working perfectly with the latest #LittleFedi release. Refresh on demand was the issue previously. Thanks to the development team.

Testing Tusky on Android with #LittleFedi after the latest release. Seems to pull updates. We'll see.

Sadly Billy is dead - #littlefedi
$ littlefedi -config littlefedi.toml admin create-user --username billy Password: Error creating user: create account: account actor URI https://<LF>/users/billy is tombstoned -
I find it absolutely staggering that #LittleFedi provides pre-built binaries for a total of 136 different platforms (every flavour of BSD, Linux, Windows) on multiple architectures with different storage solutions (S3, local) for different databases (SQLite, Postgres).
That must be a complicated release process and includes Illumos, Solaris, Plan9 and AIX !

Started to capture my own minor issues with #LittleFedi in a private Codeberg repo
Hmm. The new image paste feature didn't work for me using Chrome (155.0.8059.39) on Arch Linux (7.2.9-arch1-1) using Wayland and Gnome 51 using the screenshot tool. Oh well.

I don't feel so lonely on my #LittleFedi single user instance as I have these streams available:
- Bubbles - my UK/tech focused stream.
- Federated - public posts received from peer servers and accounts known to my instance.
- Local - my own handy, private, searchable archive of all my posts.

Building #LittleFedi from source really stressed by tiny 1CPU/1GB server. Maybe not so surprising but I am very grateful for the availability of pre-built binaries for all platforms.

I simply love the fact that one day @[email protected] installs #LittleFedi (a small lightweight, fast ActivityPub server) and then the next day, she suddenly decides to scratch another itch by investigating the functionality and awesome power of #Emacs (Eight Megs and Constantly Swapping, an operating system disguised as a text editor etc) !

Want to find other early adopters who are running #LittleFedi. Simply use 'Admin - Instances' and filter on 'LittleFedi'. This includes LittleFedi instances loosely connected (not just where you are following a user).

In praise of the fantastic 'Bubble' feature in #LittleFedi.
When I resided on a Mastodon UK instance, I used the 'Local' timeline to find other UK based users with similar interests. This was fine but there are other UK based Mastodon instances.
LittleFedi's Bubbles' feature lets me create a stream of multiple UK and tech focused instances which is brilliant for discovery.
