Honestly, I've probably left this too long:
I'm saying goodbye to #Windows and my curated 10+ year install that has travelled from spinning rust to ssd to nvme to bigger nvme, and has lived 3 different pc configurations, of which one was a notebook.
Yes I am a little nostalgic. I've been told a Windows install gets messy and needs a fresh start and I should be at at least my fourth install. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Yey, well done, me(?)... I guessToday, I switch to #Manjaro after 3 years of experiments with my old notebook (yes the one that had my original Windows install)
Currently: backing up my files.
Next: I'll test some compatibility and app profile imports, and see if I can actually get everything I need. -
