    At the moment it works like this:

    - post im social media with the hashtag (best also use the hashtag of conference & in mastodon tag this account)
    - at conferences, wear a badge (*) to visible indicating to people you're open to be talked to
    - if you see someone with a badge, go say Hi! (If you're comfortable doing that, of course)

    (*) you get then at conferences that participate or I can send you one!
