@spiegelmama I think there are literally hundreds of large corporations (weapons, aviation, many different services, etc) who are raking in millions from this war. And large corporations are #tRumps real base. Agree, we (#ThePeople) don't need this or any other war.

@whack Given the prices you are siting I am assuming you are in the #USA. When I bought my #CPAP I did not have DME coverage. The price was much cheaper if I just bought the thing. So might be worth it to ask the cash price. Also, with CPAP you can get a used unit. Is this an option with insulin pumps?

@digyoursoul Having trained in surgery at #UCSF 1988-1993 When #HIV was omnipresent and universally fatal I am thrilled that such drugs are available. Since vaccines have not yet been developed, this is the best chance to stop the #HIV epidemic, and end the awful suffering and death it causes.

However, the #oil companies #BP, #Shell etc could accept slightly lower profits and just not raise gas prices. Today is the 17th anniversary of the #MiracleOnTheHudson US Airways Flight 1549 which made a forced landing in the Hudson without loss of life. Curiously, it is also the 73rd anniversary of #PRR #GG1 4876 crashing into Washington Union Station and through the floor into the basement below (https://dcist.com/story/13/01/24/post-55/), also without loss of life. Quite a day in history.
