So my Korean homeboy Ha-Seong Kim (aka Awesome Kim) is headed to Rays on a healthy 2-yr $29mm contract. Good for him! I hope he recovers from his surgery quickly and return to his stellar 2023 form over there.
(I was quietly hoping that Padres would retain him or that Giants would pick him up so that he stays in NL West, but oh well)

Chan Ho Park, donning a half-and-half Dodgers-Padres jersey, threw out the ceremonial first pitch, which was caught by Ha Seong Kim. Lena Park sang the national anthems of both USA and Korea.
