🏅Sportlich, sportlich: Warum gerade der November anregt, sich körperlich zu trimmen, haben wir noch nicht so ganz ergründet, aber gleich drei Mal tauchten die folgenden Suchbegriffe ganz vorne auf, die alle gleichermaßen fit machen: 1. #Pilates, 3. #Zumba und 5. #Yoga.
🤭Warum #Bildungsurlaub immer noch öfter von Euch eingebeben wird, obwohl wir schon lange nur noch #Bildungszeit dazu sagen, verstehen wir auch nicht so ganz, aber so ist es eben.
🤗Natürlich sind Sprachen wieder dabei, aber im elften Monat des Jahres „nur“ auf Platz 4 #Englisch, auf Platz 7 #Deutsch und auf Platz 8 #Spanisch.
🎨Von unseren Kreativkursen ist #Nähen auf Platz 9.

Due to Busy Life™, lots of illness, and repeated injury (through things like sitting wrong, standing up wrong, sleeping wrong...), I haven't had any #exercise worth mentioning for almost 3 months.Day before yesterday, I walked 1.5 miles.
Yesterday morning, another #walk, another 1.5 miles.
It was good.
But here's how out of shape I am: today I have sore muscles from *walking*.
WTActualF.I'm going to try #Zumba later. I will shuffle rhythmically in a space of 1ft². 😆

Leaving the #gym after second #Zumba class since injury 2 months ago (#PatellarTendonitis in both knees). Last week was my first time back to Zumba.
Today, I followed up with some #weightlifting for legs. Took it easy and did less weight than I could handle. Will "step it up" (HA!) next week! 😊💃🎶🏋️

My partner @sketchee and I recently got Zumba certified, and we're starting to teach Zumba classes together!
In March, we'll start doing weekly public events on Thursday evenings.

@thor In this morning's #Zumba class, the lady behind me to my right was dancing for all she was worth. She was in the back row. Gut sense told me she wanted to move up, but she didn't.
Not thinking to change anything, I turned to her between songs and said, "Your energy is super inspiring!"
She laughed and said, "Thanks, I'm just flailing my best!"
"No, thank *you*!" I replied.
Two songs later, she moved two rows up. 😊

The latter is not a task I relish, but the fact that it needs doing and I've made time to do it is satisfying.
