Two CIA agents end up in a bunker in Bavaria with a bunch of talking zombies from WWII. Never got a disc release that I’ve seen.

A man trying to clear his brother’s name of a crime he did not commit, stumbles into a plot by a zombie master to create an army of the living dead. I believe this was a made for tv movie.

Super low-budget SOV goodness from across the pond. Two men catch a disease from a dead horse and become zombies, who vomit on and contaminate a field of wheat, which sets in motion a poorly conceived plan of world domination by two Nazis. This was just released on Blu-ray!

This is more of a (civil war) ghost story, but that story was rewritten with zombies to become #CurseOfTheScreamingDead

Four idiots in a hot air balloon crash on a deserted island inhabited by a tribe of savage bikini women, and the granddaughter of Dr. Frankenstein who has been turning stranded sailors into brain-dead zombie slaves. Frankenstein’s Monster makes an appearance at the end.

Most have not heard of this classic from 72. A group of chain gang prisoners find a barrel marked “formaldehyde” and start huffing the fumes to get high. While intoxicated, they riot and try to escape. The prison gaurds shoot them all and bury them. Of course the prisoners all rise from their graves to seek revenge against the crooked prison and its staff.

Here’s a resident evil fan film that I was super excited about this at first, until I realized this guy just played a YouTube video on his smart TV, and then recorded it with his VCR. The video and audio quality is terrible, aspect ratio is all wrong, and just overall disappointing to watch on VHS.

A squad of cheerleaders encounter zombies on the way to the state competition. A silly B&W low budget masterpiece. Not sure there ever was an official release, this is a “convention tape”.

An old Austrian film about the corpse of a drowned boat captain who returns from the depths 100 years later to seek revenge on those families that put him beneath the waves. The plot moves very much like a TV movie of the time. This is a “convention tape”, and every copy I’ve ever seen has the same Japanese subtitles.

Honestly I don’t remember the plot of this, but it looks cool so I’ll watch it today. I know it’s a rare SOV film from the 90’s.
I watched it, and I’m still unsure of the plot, except the zombies are from an Elvis impersonator cemetery.

Freakshow is your average late 80’s horror anthology, but is ultra rare. The only releases I’ve ever seen have been this Japanese VHS. In one segment, dumbasses decide to build a golf course on top of a cemetery, and the cemetery’s residents weren’t too keen on that idea.

A bunch of kids throw a party at an abandoned “haunted” house. They didn’t account for the zombies. Not sure if this is a convention tape, or if it was so low budget that the photocopied cover and title scrawled on the tape with sharpie was the normal release.

This is probably Korea’s first true zombie movie. However, it’s almost a scene for scene remake of #LetSleepingCorpsesLie , so I’m not sure I can award it any points. This movie was lost for years (hence the “convention tape”), but I found a remastered 1080p version on YouTube not too long ago.

One of the better mid-80’s supernatural martial arts flicks. A guy on vacation gets caught in the middle of an old good vs evil battle. Includes a great scene where our heros get stuck in a graveyard where of course the corpses rise…

This one is an absolute unicorn. A mad scientist slips a serum into the punch at a party, turning everyone into horny zombies. The “zombie” makeup is literally white face with black eyes that tends to melt off during the action. Apparently won “worst movie of the year” in ‘94.
