The Saskatoon Transit OnDemand app is dangerous, proprietary, unsafe software and shouldn't be used by anyone. Whatever manager in the city who has allowed this app to be advertised to the public should be fired. The developer, SpareLabs should be shut down, and everyone involved jailed.
Treat it like malware: do a factory reset to a known safe state on any device that has had this app installed
Reminder : if someone is telling you to install some app via the Google Play or Apple iStore ...that app is not safe and you should not use it
