Gold Coast Comm Games hopes still alive despite state govt rejection - https://www.hottomato.com.au/gold-coast/gold-coast-comm-games-hopes-still-alive-despite-state-govt-rejection/ | Nope. To my disappointment, the 2018 Commonwealth Games was an embarrassment on an epic scale, and it didn't really do anything to boost our reputation or our economy; I see no need to make the same mistakes again... We have the Olympic Games, which is superior on so many levels and is not associated with the worship of the wealthy; let the Commonwealth Games die. | #2018CommonwealthGames #XXICommonwealthGames #GoldCoast2018 #2026CommonwealthGames #XXIIICommonwealthGames
