    Small shout-out to the x86GP2 project, which introduces a x86 native binary for this game. Which can be downloaded here for free: grandprix2.racing/file/misc/vi

    You will still need the original GP2 game, which can be found here: myabandonware.com/game/grand-p

    But together this becomes magic with features like widescreen support, rotating tires and steering wheel. Its insane.

    The past 2 weeks I've been working on a program to convert #GrandPrix2 car models to OBJ. github.com/Dahie/gpx2obj-ruby I had to learn reading binary files, #kaitai, had to learn a lot about SVG. Still somethings to do, but generally quite happy now. Ideally I'd love to put some of this into the GP2careditor, but my C++ is not good enough. #simracing #x86GP2 #gp2
