I spent most of #Anthrocon working at the Registration Desk. Really the only things I got out for were Scurrow's concert and Whose Lion Is It Anyway?

Nevertheless, I am (to quote Tyler Palko) so fucking proud of this team! We're the first to 20k attendees (20,618 to be exact), which only goes to show how far the fandom has come, and how much Pittsburgh has embraced us.

We've got a lot of challenges ahead -- both in Registration and myself. The latter is that, as I was telling people yesterday, I'm no longer pushing 30 but pushing 50, and I need to adjust my energies so that I can sustain myself for the entire long weekend. I crashed hard during teardown yesterday and had to escape to my car to lie down for a few minutes.

With #AC2026 done, it's now time to focus on #WPAFW2026. See yinz in October.
