    Hotter temperatures are a danger to agricultural workers - is it common sense for employers to look after their employees working out in the sun?

    Despite regulations in California mandating shade, water and more frequent rest breaks, they are not always followed or enforced.

    How many people will need to be hospitalised, or even die from heat exhaustion before this gets taken more seriously?
