Winter blues? I'd rather not, if I can help it...and this year, I'm being as proactive as I can reasonably be to give myself the optimal experience of the darker months.
If you are ADHD and/or autistic, the change in season to winter can come with sensory, chemical and routine/activity-based changes that can leave us feeling less well than we'd like if left to run their course...
