Compositor / Windowing system should handle tabs. It's wildly inconsistent otherwise.
I noticed that Google Chrome on Wayland can't handle dragging tabs as nicely as in Windows / Mac. Firefox has always failed at it, and it has bothered me so much that I couldn't use Firefox.
Now I'm thinking should I modify cosmic to have better looking "stacking" in floating mode. (It has stacking in tiling mode, but not in floating mode)
