    On any recent windows, I can type CMD on the start menu, right click on 'cmd.exe' and select 'Run As Administrator', and if my user is in the administrator group, I will get an admin privileged cli. I assumed this is simply elevating an Admin group users privileges, as this works even when a system account called administrator doesn't exist, as it also does not ask for a password. Is there an equivalent to this for launching an app from cli with admin privileges?
