I have a client who wants to put a QR code on their annual report.
Aside from the QR code becoming obsolete and therefore not an archivable record, they want the QR code ON THE PRINTED BOOK to point to a digital download version of the same report.
And they want it to be on the cover.

But it appeared to them that Fam&Friends actually didn't want to communicate with the elderly person in care.Am asking, "In purely selfish things, what do you get for you out of interacting with geriatric / frail / senile / institutionalised aged folk?"

I liked these two of many in a 2015 NYC subway - art installation?? They were particularly relevant to me - I was absolutely fed up at work & had just accepted a redundancy payout/early voluntary retirement.
(If made redundant in Australia, most pay agreements include a payout based on how long you've worked there. If also retiring early, there are generous tax concessions. I'd been there 24 years - it was a good farewell gift!)

One thing I've realised is no one I know is having a midlife crisis, because none of us have managed to get anywhere or do anything in 45 years on earth. No houses except for the nepo babies, no kids, no money for sports cars. Just student loans and a long string of terrible jobs we barely got paid for We've been freaking out since 17 and eating out of dumpsters half our lives and societal collapse doesn't even seem like a bad thing anymore.
