My dog is completely ridiculous. Here she is sandwiched blissfully between @scrappapertiger's lap and mine.

Kifl got groomed today. She looks extra cute, but a bit worried.
I'm never sure if she's really concerned almost the whole time, but normally her fur hides it; or a fresh haircut makes her seem more worried than she is; or she's genuinely troubled, either because grooming is stressful or because fur gives her confidence.

Meet Kifl the #wauzer, a terrier cross seven and a half years old.
Kifl is a big fan of humans and snuggling. She largely sees other dogs as signs that a dog person is nearby, but right now she is in season, and I think she mostly enjoys the sudden awe and enthusiasm that she gets from other dogs while this goes on. Finally, collies return her interest!
She is an emotional support animal - unofficially, but she takes her job very seriously, and will endeavour to emotionally support any humans who come in range. This only occasionally backfires.
We are lucky to live in a city - Edinburgh - where nearly all the cafes and pubs are dog-friendly, and quite a few of the restaurants.
