Today’s listening from the pile of recently-bought second hand CDs. Like the Donald Fagen album, I still think it’s a recent album but apparently it’s 10 years old. Anyways, it’s very good.

Listened to these two albums today for the first time. The new First Aid Kit is going to need a few listens to bed in, but they’re always going to be in competition with their perfect debut album.
I got Madonna on CD for £1 last week. Top singles, some filler, a lot of that Pettibone deep house style that’s back in fashion. Every song about 80 seconds too long, none of them need to be over 4 minutes, except maybe In This Life which is pretty good.
