    CW: Incompetent Council

    Apparently the #Council are concerned that people who use the #WarmHubs they are funding should leave their heating on to avoid mould.
    DUH!!!
    The warm hubs are for people who need somewhere warm to go to because they CAN'T AFFORD TO HEAT THEIR HOMES
