"Volunteers fr both parties ran into each other leading to a series of #altercations. Each side's alleging #harassment by e other & offering a different account of what happened. Tan said he was shocked by Low’s account of e incident, & tt #PSP held a meeting to hear its volunteers’ side of e story. ST has contacted #PAP for comment"
