Has anyone around here ever succesfully attempted to reverse engineer VST2 plugins in order to turn them into VST3?
I see a few projects, like this one
https://github.com/Xaymar/vst2sdk
however, that doesn't seem to produce compilable code to be used for a VST3, not even functionally, let alone automation or on-state features.
Windows-only would be fine by me, I've .dll
