I'm learning, via social media, that the Navy has taken VIPs on snorkling tours of the USS Arizona before, and that the practice goes back years (given that Gene Hackman is one of the VIPs mentioned). I served at Hickam/Pearl Harbor for four years in the 1990s and never once heard of any such program (perhaps it wasn't going on then). Wondering now what other VIP abuses and shenanigans the services get up to when they think no one's looking. #VIPsnorkling #PearlHarbor #USSArizona #KashPatel
