Picked up an HP EliteBook 840 G5 from Value Village the other day, everything worked I just had to transplant my Dell Latitude 5480's storage and RAM and everything went well from there. Overall it's a much smoother experience, and it's a bit lighter as well! The only problem is that it's missing the battery. All i all it might be the only functional HP I've ever had the pleasure of using!

Picled up one of those clip on monitors for laptops from Value Village today. The only minor annoyance is that all the ports are on the opposite side of the device.

Latest thrift store find, a wooden Jerusalem cross. I don't often find a lot of Christian symbols or paraphernalia in Value Village, so this was a nice surprise.

Picked up an iMac 18,1 from Value Village, I've never worked with a screen this big before. It had a borked MacOS Ventura install which I converted to Fedora 44, and now I'm on to installing my writing defaults. I think I've become an Apple convert at least in terms of hardware.

Had my first decent Goodwill haul this year with an offering plate for Lucifer, plug tower, MagSafe 2 charger, and a Logitech M570 with the dongle!
I also popped up at Value Village (big surprise, right?) and came out with a new cover for my gifted Kindle Oasis, an Amazon Echo Glow, and a dual-wielding monitor arm!
All in all I'm really pleased with my finds, maybe I'll post pictures later.

I keep finding these beautiful devices at Value Village. This Thinkpad T61P works beautifully, even with an Intel Centrino processor. The ram is maxed out at 8GB and it still runs like a champ. At some point I'll probably replace the HDD with an SSD and reinstall. Other than that it makes a wonderful writing device.
My only pain point is that neither shift key works. Don't know the issue yet.
