The meme itself is a total mess. 1st, it goes back to the false claim Hillary sold uranium to #RUSSIA (not Iran) as part of the #UraniumOne deal. Uranium One is a CANADIAN company of which the U.S. held a 15% stake. B/c the buyer was Russia, *Obama* had to approve the sale.
