What is going on, #Audacity in version 3.6.1. doesn't show the Zero DB help line anymore?

This was an usable audio editor once. Never reached CoolEdit from around 1998 but useful and free on top. But THIS?!
Was anyone complaining about that?! Why removing the most helpful line of all lines?

It's not me, it is missing in their fancy "new stuff" presentation at www.youtube.com/watch?v=f5TXPUOFH6A as well (no real link because they don't deserve it).
So INCOMPETENT!!
And furthermore, they changed their session format in a way that I can't open it in Tenacity anymore! WTH?! I even compiled the newest Tenacity directly from Git right now. No chance. That is like making artists suffer for no reason at all. I hate #MuseCySmLtd the owners of Audacity for their bullshit.
