    A recent Mastodon discussion reminded of this recording which I decided to pick for #MondayCovers this week:

    The song itself if is a soul classic originally recorded by Tyrone Davis in 1970. In 1988, Good Evening Manchester, a pop/rock band from the Åland Islands, recorded the song for their debut album, "Learning To Sing". Although they worked in a different genre, the group members were soul fans, and the lyrics on this album contain references to artists like Gladys Knight, Bobby "Blue" Bland, Bobby Womack and Z.Z.Hill.
