Apparently a meme. I was unaware of it until my daughter showed me a clip.
Now I can't get it out of my head, and I come up with variations in all sorts of right and not-quite-right contexts.
Eg, I say to my daughter "this is beautiful with two 'O's".
I know that this somehow mis-applies the meme, big time, but my daughter knows I know and so we enjoy the in-joke together. (She is a very forgiving teenager.)
