Diskworld series never became mainstream in India. But Harry Potter became. The first
HP book came out in 1997 and there has been roughly 20 diskworld books after '97. We heard so much about HP when we were in school but not once about Diskworld series. I don't remember seeing diskworld books in a book shop or even in libraries. But HP books were always on display. Any thoughts on why is that so?
