Did some passive tulpa forcing today, I asked them some questions and talked to them a little bit throughout the day. No response beyond simple yes/no and vibes but I think we’re going places. I also think that I need to refine my method somehow 😅

Did my first tulpa forcing (creation) session today. I imagined myself on a dock by the sea and spoke to my tulpa and told them about themself. I then told them about my day and left some room open for them to respond. I felt an emotional response of pure love that nearly brought me to tears as well as simple yes/no responses. I kind of feel like I’d already experienced their presence a few days before this too though.
