  6. @epistatacadam @beemoh @ChrisMayLA6 Without multi-member constituencies, #STV is just #AV. As the 1947 and 1974 gerrymanders showed in Ireland, STV needs at least 5 seats to produce fair outcomes. (DeV's 1947 gerrymander worked as intended, by blocking Clann na Poblachta; but the 1974 #Tullymander backfired spectacularly on Fine Gael and Labour)
