Gotta admit I’m feeling pretty sorry for myself rn: I somehow (stupidly, distractedly, unthinkingly) left my laptop in the plane Sunday and Delta haven’t responded to my report of a lost item. I had prepared classes for next week and a grant application draft on the way, and it all seems to be lost, along with the things I haven’t recently backed-up (like all my notes for an upcoming PhD defense of which I am the chair).
And now I’ve caught a cold, too.
