I'm starting to think that Transport Fever series way of approaching city builders is correct.
Cities is about logistics, how to handle the traffic and getting the goods and people around. It is not about individul buildings and housing. If your supply chains don't work, then nobody moves in.
Cities Skylines has focused too much on buildings, and its simulation is constantly broken.

As we all know, the makers of #TransportFever2 have hinted strongly that #TransportFever3 is coming next year.
One thing I'd love to see that afaik no game has done: canals! Real canals like the British ones. And plateways etc. Start the game in 1700, not 1850.
Or am I alone in this?
