    Did my #lyon 12k, 600mEG again

    HR still high but I felt good and strong, ran all the climbs up (except one stair)

    Lost my keys while biking back though (always leave spare keys at a neighbor)

    Now coffee and cake

    I see that you spend as many time planking as running !

    I do strength workout once per week since this autumn.. Upper, lower and core. Mostly to prevent injuries. I see progress while #trailruning

    18°C :blobpats: that early, 🌤️ but VERY windy at the top
