Someone once asked how we kept a 50 year old trailer house from falling apart, answer, (1) late 1980s the plumbing got replaced, poly-b pipes went bad, (2) early 1990s bad wires and outlets got replaced (3) late 1990s the failing particle board floor was replaced with bare plywood (4) Termites climbed up brick and did some damage, repaired what we could (5) early 2000s roof leaks started, patched with tar and Kool Seal 😩 #trailerhouse
