Today I watched a fascinating documentary movie, #TracingLight. It approaches light through a mix of scientists in their labs and artists and their installations, and it brings the scientists and artists together (filmed mostly in the UK and Germany). As one would hope for: beautiful images.
Part of it was filmed at our institute, the @MPI_ScienceOfLight @maxplanckgesellschaft . Artists installed a black/white sphere, where the black really absorbed light completely, seen before installation in the photo below.
