Inspired by the grand depart of the Tour in Bilboa yesterday I made a Basque burnt cheesecake to welcome my daughter back from a study tour abroad. Really easy cheesecake recipe and spectacularly good flavour. #tourSnacks #couchPeloton #sbstdf
