Impressions from the TNG BigTechDay 2026
End of May, I attended the TNG Big Tech Day (https://www.bigtechday.com/). TNG describes it as “a one-day conference on science and technology, with a focus on IT. Bestes Gespräch auf dem #tngbtd gestern:
> ~20-30% sind gegen #AI . Ja kein Wunder! Wir (normale Menschen) sehen davon ja auch kaum Vorteile. Stattdessen können wir keinem Video mehr trauen, Computer sind teuer und es werden AKWs dafür gebaut. -- Und die sogenannte Effizientssteigerung - wo ist die denn? Wem genau hilft die? Mir nicht. Es werden doch nur Leute entlassen."
Auch dass nicht einfach alles positiv dargestellt wird und offen angesprochen wird, dass es kontrovers ist. Das hab ich auch schon anders gesehen. Grade diese kontrovoerse Betrachtung mag ich auf einer Konferenz.
