Images – read/write access to photo image metadata
With `$image data -metadata ...`, `$image put $data -metadata ...` and `$image read ...`/`$image write`, Tk can now handle image metadata, also when creating an image.

Images – partial SVG support
Tk 9 supports SVG as a new image format! Based on the nanosvg library, Tk can now use SVG images for e.g. labels, buttons etc.
