#DTEEnergy is what happens when a private monopoly gets to provide electricity to millions of people: they're focused on profits, not service, so their cheap-ass transmission network routes dangerous power cables through trees instead of being buried underground. The result? When someone farts loudly, the power goes out. But they behave like an "Act of God" overcame their best efforts. Bullshit.
