It Means Everything by Save Ferris. This is a pure 90s third wave ska album. It hasn’t dated particularly well and lacks the progressive elements that make No Doubt so compelling but damn is it catchy! Monique Powell’s vocals deserve special mention. While her voice is similar to Gwen Stefani’s I think Monique is actually better.
